मकर संक्रांतीच्या निम्मिताने अर्चना ताई बनवत आहेत खास शेंगदाण्याचे लाडू - Shengdana Ladoo<br /><br />Makar Sankrant or Maghi is a Hindu festival dedicated to the Sun God. Makar Sankranti is a harvest festival. During this festival in Maharastra, Til Gul & Peanut recipes are prepared and served to family members and neighbours. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 6)<br />- 1 cup Peanuts (crushed)<br />- 100 gms Sesame Seeds<br />- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder<br />- 150 gms Jaggery Powder<br />- 2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take a bowl and add crushed peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, nutmeg powder, jaggery powder and mix them well.<br />2. Now add ghee (clarified butter) and again mix with it all the ingredients. <br />3. Start making ladoo from this mixture. If there is a problem while making them, you can add more ghee as well.
